"I loved rely a pawn! They have a fantastic selection and great prices! The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and assist you with anything you need. They take extra care of their customers and always make sure your experience there is a great one. Definitely the best pawn shop I have been to. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone !"
"Great Pawn shop! I bought an Xbox one, a Play Station 4, a GPS, and many other things here. Everything I bought was in great working order. They test their products well before reselling them. Very friendly staff makes you feel at home. I drive from East Memphis to come to Rely A Pawn. I wouldn't go anywhere else."
"Wow, SUPER nice people and good prices. I used them to transfer in a pistol from out of state. Easy to work with, great attitude, and actually ended up buying an additional pistol because they had a great selection and a good price. Will do business with again for sure."
"Horrible. It started out good with the woman behind the counter offering help, but as soon as I took her up on the offer she seemed to grunt and sigh every time I asked her to take something from behind the glass cases. The experience culminated when she told me she might have an old Nintendo in the back (which was exactly what I was looking for). She brought up an old, scratched, dirty Nintendo. How much? She began to search on the computer and I examined the item. If she asked $25, I was gonna try to talk her down to $20, considering the market value and item condition I thought it was a fair price (I'm a collector). She then said, $50 and my mouth dropped. Where are you getting your prices? I asked. She responded "ebay". I told her this is a terrible idea. What was the condition of the one you looked at? Dunno. Did it have any games included? How many controllers? Shipping included? Dunno. So you just randomly base your prices from an online auction with thousands of potential customers? Yep. But this is a PAWN shop in a small town. Where people come to buy things UNDER market value. That is the whole point of buying from a pawn shop! The place was dirty and the personnel incompetent. Avoid at all costs. This is just one of the many reasons people are moving away from that joke of a town."
