"Disappointing Hair Cut Experience A nightmare by a vindictive ZzzEta I recently visited Zeta and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling extremely disappointed. Without any prior discussion or consultation, the Zeta proceeded to chop off a significant portion of my long hair, resulting in a style that was completely different from what I had explained to her in detail. One of the most fundamental aspects of a successful haircut is effective communication between the hairdresser and the client. I believe it is crucial for a hairdresser to understand the client's desired style, preferences, and overall expectations before making any drastic changes to their hair. However, in this case, that important step was completely overlooked. The lack of consultation was both surprising and frustrating. I would have appreciated a discussion about the desired length, potential styles, and any concerns Zeta may have had regarding my long hair. This would have allowed us to establish a clear vision and ensure that we were on the same page. Zeta didn’t care and her lack of professionalism was clearly displayed. It was an act of malicious conduct. The immediate aftermath of the haircut was a mix of shock and disappointment. Instead of feeling refreshed and satisfied, I left the salon with a hairstyle that didn't suit my face shape or personal style. Moreover, the abrupt change was difficult to adjust to and left me feeling self-conscious about my appearance. While I understand that hair grows back, the emotional impact and the time required to rectify an undesirable haircut cannot be overlooked. I hope that by sharing my experience, it serves as a reminder to clients alike about the importance of clear communication and mutual understanding in achieving the desired outcome. Overall, my experience with Zeta was a nightmare & very disappointing due to the lack of consultation and understanding. I would caution others to ensure thorough communication with ZZZeta this obnoxious so called hairdresser to avoid similar situations and to have realistic expectations about the outcome. I thought One to One owners/mangers have a little decency! But their lack of professionalism was proven to me as well. The salon at first reach out to correct the cut by someone else, but soon after they called and cancelled the appointment because Zzzzzeta the ignorant person that she is apparently got a restraining order against me for complaining about destroying my beautiful hair and me voicing my opinion! Hope zzzzzzeeeeta one to one will soon realize what a mistake it is to let you rent a chair there not good enough to be employed anywhere. I will not give the time of the day Zzzzeta to think about you vindictive ignorant person that you are. I don’t look back I move forward. Please consider your options before going to this salon."
