"My experience with Fridrick and Clark Realty was horrible. I set an appointment to view a property at a time that was convenient for the reps schedule; which meant I had to rearrange my day. When I arrived (on time) he was nowhere to be found. I waited for 15 min and then had to call him. He responded with he got caught up at an exit interview and would be at least another 15 min. Now I understand schedules can change but a courtesy call would have been appropriate. After waiting for 20 min. after I have now rearranged my day to meet exactly at 2, he calls me back to tell me the house is already under contract. Under contract? When I spoke to him yesterday this was the first possible time I could view the property on his schedule, how could this be that in a few hour span, the house magically has a contract? If this was at all a possibility, maybe he could have expressed that the day before. So after the bad news was delivered he just says bye....no well can I help you find another property or anything. In my opinion, this was probably the most unprofessional reality experience I have encountered and would never recommend this realty company."
