"Had the worst experience with them, due to their company error on not following proper procedure to switch my payment information 2 months in a row my policy canceled. Their solution was for me to pay 50 bucks to reinstate the policy and since its my actual carrier charging it freeway said they weren't responsible even though it was due to their mistake twice. Then when I finally got a call back from a manager he was rude when I said I did not want to reinstate and suggested he bring the fact that employees were not following procedures to company attention. I said it nicely and he sounded like he could care less."
