"Fabulous company, but I guess during the hiring process something was miscommunicated, for the staff are rude and condescending if you want to replace or repair your jackets. I mean if I’m paying $300+ for a jacket I expect them to follow their policy and replace the item for free! (If needed) BUT THIS STORE IS A SORE TO GO TO!!"
