"Very selective with their quality of service… review based on both calls & in-person experiences. I spoke with a woman in the office who continually asked me to recall information that was irrelevant to provide a quote. She was very rude and it was clear this office is in no need of new business. It seems they are not welcoming to the influx of new residents in the area. Furthermore, my rating was responded to by the office in an attempt to cover their tracks and apologize for “not being a fit”, leaving me feeling more gaslit than when we ended our call. Unconscionable."
