"Don't go here, if you think you will get a good deal. The service is not bad, BUT I was supposed to pay for combo deluxe $85 + $12 got paraffin treatment. I ended up paying $130, because of hidden fees for gel removal, extra $15 each (fingers and toes). First time I have seen an extra charge for gel removal. Wow."
"So expensive and not very good. I went for a mani pedi, the guy who did my nails was talking to himself and acting erratic. He cut my cuticles in three separate places and they bled. The nail design was beautifully executed. He also glued my nail to my finger. They offered me a free pedi to make up and when I went in for it they charged me. When they removed the nails they made me bleed around my nail beds again-this has never happened anywhere else. Such a shame because the staff are really lovely and friendly but I’m not sure they are very good overall. The setting is very pretty but it’s too expensive for the standard of nail care"
"Highly recommend coming here 10/10 been coming since they have opened and they have come SUCH A LONG WAY WELL DONE! All nail places have pros and cons but overall the Nail Garden has solid nail techs that do a consistently good manicure and pedicure each time which is really what matters. If there is ever a problem or a customer has some bad feedback they are more than happy to accommodate that concern as well as the owner which is more than I can say for a lot of other salons in the area. I tend to see a lot of harsh reviews of nail techs or salons that are unfair very critical but they are people and they make mistakes at time as well but I’ve brought both my very elderly grandparents, grandmother and now grandfather who is 91 and these ladies have treated them both like family and I’m forever grateful and they took care of their foot health very very well. Well done ladies you have my loyalty and I will recommend your services to anyone who asks!"
"The nail techs are good and I’ve had zero problems with them. My big problem with this salon is they overbook and have you wait for a long time. They push to use their app so I’ve made my appointments through their app. Well I’ve waited 30-40 minutes longer after my set appointment 3xs already. The girl at the front desk basically told me not to use the app to call instead because they overbook and have walk ins etc…. I don’t have the luxury to wait that long or to come whenever because i have babies and my babysitter is paid hourly. So basically today i paid my babysitter for no reason. What’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait 30 plus more minutes than the time you picked? Again the nail techs have been really good so far but the booking and their system sucks. Get ready to wait for almost a hour to be seen."
"Nail garden paints and shapes nails very nice for a simple pedicure but they overbook quite a lot. Went in for 3 regular pedicures and waited over half an hour from our regular appointment time. Ended up only two of us got our pedicure while no one else showed up for the 3rd. People who arrived AFTER us for an appointment themselves were attended to first. They did give a discount for the two which was nice but it’s sad to say we won’t go back. I don’t recommend unless you want to wait hours or not even be attended to."
