"The place looks clean and well organized. My experience: My eyebrows are very, very thick. I have always had them like half of their original size, which believe me, is already thick. I never have to do anything to them but trim them and they look perfect. But this time I hadn't been able to trim them in about a month so they were full size again, not pretty at all. The lady was nice and since I got there I asked her to reshape them and trim them. She just cleaned them up. I had to ask her twice again and she would only do a little bit claiming that she would mess them up if she does more, she said "they look nice like that". I told her I don't like them, they're too thick and she did it once again but it seemed like she didn't like it. They looked way better but still too thick (I'm not kidding when I say my eyebrows are ridiculously thick) and I asked her to do one more line of hair and she said that it wasn't necessary, that I would mess them up and regret it, she refused and said no, that was it and my eyebrows looked perfect for her. I didn't ask her again because I was tired and all I wanted was to go back home so I just left. I'm paying for her to do what I want, I'll happily get suggestions but you do what I ask you to do. For some, my eyebrows are perfect because of the ridiculous trend of thick and bushy eyebrows, but I just don't like them like that. Despite her attitude, she did an amazing job. They were clean and the shape she gave me was beautiful and natural. I usually have to remove random hairs with tweezers but this time I didn't need to, they were very clean. I might try again because I liked her job, hopefully next time she listens to me and does what I want."
