"Honestly worse place to get a haircut they wont take you in if you dont have an appointment but the many times ive walked in ive seen their stylists just sitting down so I dont understand why you need an appointment? Dont bother showing up! Customer service is horrible especially the guy at the front he doesnt have respect for their customers I recommend going to another place."

"I went yesterday there , my hair is curly so when the man saw my hair he told me ohhh it’s too curly , then when he started to comb my hair he did it hard so I told him slowly but without any apologies he just gave me hair brush and told me do it by yourself so I did it and then he started to blow dry my hair ,during this time he pulled my hair hard so every time I told him slowly ,he continued without any apologies and when he finished he was going to use the iron so I asked him that will you put anything to protect my hair from heat ? He started to speak rude to me and he yelled at me and he told me that you asked me 3 times before but in fact I just asked once before blow dry and second time before using the Iron And he asked me you want to go ? So after he yelled at me I left already without finishing my hair and I was so upset because I had my son’s birthday party so I regret going there It was my first time and my last time going there If I found no star review I could choose it but I just chose one star review so I can write my review . My advice don’t go there please find somewhere else that you can feel respected and happy."
