"I called West Coast and asked them about a hair cut. It was $30 for a fade. I asked them if I needed to make an appointment and they said "no we just had a cancellation". I was going to pay the ridiculous price. I walked to West Coast and nobody greeted me. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes and nobody ever greeted me. They wouldn't even bother to come to the front counter to ask me about a hair cut. One of the stylists was just sitting in a barber chair not even bothering to speak to me. The people here are rude. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here."

"So damn sweet! The owner is just a great, positive, fun woman! They have a barber who had been cutting my grandfather's hair for many, MANY years and had left his long time shop during covid. I'd wondered how he would feel going to the "barber" that was all guys, to a salon now. But the first time we went, my grandfather was receiving an award and couldn't wait for an appt w his barber there who's just awesome (Craig) So Heidi the owner was so sweet and said she would help get him taken care of. She made him feel comfortable right away and made it fun (and knew how to cut a Navy pilot/retired Naval Commander's hair! All that said, I can't leave out that I went back to take him for a cut the other day, and realized I could get mine done here too. I ended up with ANOTHER complete sweetheart, Sydney. I'm someone who needs more trimmed than I'm willing to get, and HATE hairdressers who do what they think you need vs what you actually want! I loved Sydney, she's sweet as hell and actually listens!"

"Original talent. High clientele earned with trust, dedication, attention to details and hard work over time. This my umpteenth time here and I send all my friends. The owner Heidi is so attentive. My 8 year old son and his friends love her! The color and cut was exactly what I wanted, my hair is never damaged. Heidi understands that I’m a busy mom that wants fabulous hair but at the same time, need throw it up in a bun (a lot lol) my appointment is always on time and I’m never asked to wait in between other clients and I have her full attention which makes me feel like everything I need isn’t being overlooked. What I love about this salon is that it’s original and has stood the test of times. There’s no gimmicks to get you in and I know when a salon has built up clientele from good work and this is one of them!! Thank you to all the girls/guys at West Coast Cuts n Colors salon. "Wonderful service and very professional staff. I’ve cut my hair here for quite some time and they NEVER disappoint. My hair is curly and I was skeptical at first because other places never get it right but both Heidi and the other staff I have cut my hair with have ALWAYS done a great job.
