"Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. Ended up still sitting there 50 minutes after my appointment. She started on me and then out of no where she said she will be back. Didn’t tell me where she was going. Next thing I know she’s working on someone else. So I’m sitting in a chair for 50 minutes with just the acrylic part put on and she walkin past grabbing items out the drawer not saying anything to me. didn’t even care. Didn’t even get an apology. Ended up leaving with my nails not done. She tried to pull the acrylic off cause I told her I’m not staying another minute while I watch her finish someone else nails. Horrible customer service"

"A very basic fast but clean nail service salon. Walk-ins were welcomed. I made an appointment for a same-day Saturday and they were accommodating. Nothing special. No nail decals, nail art, gems/crystals art offered. Just a basic gel service received. They don't use the jets in the pedicure tubs, which kinda sucks. If you're in need of a quick cuticle clean up and a basic polish, then this is the spot for you."

"Took me in quickly. Minimal conversation. Wanted short acrylic almond nails. Legit will never go here again. 1. Don't follow through with covid guidelines (customer not wearing a mask). 2. Look at the pics- sloppy clean up and BUBBLES FOR DAYS 3. paid ahead $40 mani and $15 tip. I'm already planning on taking off the color at home and repainting myself with NO bubbles."

"This is the 2nd time I've been severely burnt by lip wax at this salon. After politely requesting to be gentle to not leave red marks was very rough pressing the wax into my face. I've never had this careless of experience. At one point her nails were digging into my cheek. A face wax should be delicate and mindful. After an unsettling wax she put paper towels drenched in alchohol on my lips burning intensely. She says "no it does not burn." I requested not to pay, and they still expected me to after a bad experience. They said the inflammation would last for only an hour. 24 hours later I have large dark brown burns & severe skin damage. This should NEVER happen! I will never get waxed here again."
