"I'm traveling and it was my first time at this saloon They did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Brandon took care of my nails making sure I was happy with the results, the lady that did my toenails was amazing!!!! I'm in love with my new toe nails color!!! Then I did my eyebrow and this other lady was nice as well and did a good job! The place was also clean and everyone seemed to be nice. "I love it here! I've been to 5 other nails salons in SCV and I like Tracy's the best!! The acrylics are not too thick or lumpy (which is my pet peeve)! They are perfect, and last so long!I got a girl before and I think her name was Becky? She was so precise when she shaped my nails that I could tell she is a perfectionist! I'm going there again this weekend. :) p.s. one time I broke one of my nails on something on accident, and I went to get it repaired. They were so nice and didn't charge me at all! "

"I have been going to Tracy's Nails for years now. It wasn't until I had to temporarily move 45 minutes out of town last year that I realized how much I genuinely appreciate and value the fantastic service I consistently receive. I always have Brandon do my nails and Tina do my pedicures. Here are some points that make them the best! I'm a New Yorker born and raised. This is probably why I'm impatient and therefore I always schedule Brandon and Tina for the SAME time. These 2 are savages! Fast! and they know exactly how I like it done! I never get one of those side glances when I'm juggling and multi tasking on my phone at the same time! Nor have they EVER starting speaking quickly in their native tongue (Vietnamese) in an attempt to speak disparagingly about me while pretending they are not (believe me this has happened to me in the past at other salons! lol!) Not even a slightly and perhaps even deserved annoyed sigh! You have no idea how much this means to me! Not only am I generally impatient but I also sometime run a few minutes late... Not once have I gotten a passive aggressive remark. NOTHING, zilch! Also, I can't tell you how many times I've called like same day trying to get in for an appointment and they always try to accommodate me with no complaints! Not only are they sweet as can be but the whole salon is filled with nothing but wonderful ladies and that's including Brandon's wife and co-owner Kim. Just truly the loveliest bunch of people who all do fantastic work!!!"
