"Came here to get my bday nails done and I LOVED everything about this salon. Had no appointment, but I was seated right away. The workmanship and vibe in the salon is so relaxing and top notch that I wish it was closer I'd keep going back. While it is pricey, my nails lasted 3 weeks on my trip before they started chipping, so it's def well worth the cost."

"It is a beautifully designed nail salon, however it was definitely far from being neat, as the salons should be, there were stations unclean ed after a long gone client (maybe it was just today, they were short on hands, or something, nevertheless), and some parts of floor wood was broken off. There was dust everywhere on the floor. But maybe it all could be overlooked, if there was a job well done...But, no. I rarely write bad reviews, but when u go to get your nails done, cut and filed and painted, you expect to come out well-groomed looking. Not in my experience. The nails of one hand very cut shorter than the other hand ( my under skin is longer at least by 3 mm), no I didn't ask for that. Nails were left sharp at corners, even though I told the girl, that I work with fabrics and I cannot have sharp corners, cause it snags the garmets. I mean I would not like to go back there:( even the nail polish that was painted I asked to be removed and just leave my nails clear, cause it was so far from my skin, that you could see my white nails around everywhere, like my nails grew for at least 4 days after mani( I never ever do that, I am not that client that likes to bring attention to herself, or get a discount on smth, or offend anyone). I just paid and left to never go back. Sorry. Had to leave a review. What is fair is fair.."

"I was surprised to see a few negative reviews, myself and both my adult daughters have been coming to Nail Garden since it's opening. We have always had a positive experience. I use both Lena's who are great at their job. Yes, the price is a few dollars more...but it's a beautiful environment to me it's worth the extra few dollars . They always carry the latest polishes and everything is very clean ."

"My daughter and I enjoyed going to this location, we have been going shortly after their opening. The owners are wonderful people, my understanding is that the owners are two sisters. Since we began attending this nail salon we’ve mostly seen and almost always encountered Renee, one of the owner’s. Sadly, since Renee has hired her son Christian to work the front desk. We’ve had 3 bad encounters since his arrival. Today’s was sadly the third and final. I’m a disabled woman who had to cancel her appointment today at 3pm and wanted to reschedule. However, I couldn’t reschedule as Christian very abusively reacted and very loudly responded at me over the phone. All I said I’d like to reschedule on Monday or Tuesday with Johnny (acrylic nail tech as in the past he had worked Tuesday a past appointment) Christian said that Johnny only works Saturday and Sunday only. My reply was, “I didn’t know that”. Christian replied, “Yes you do because I already told you.” I then said, “No I wasn’t told that.” Christian then just said, “Yes, I did.” He then hung up his phone. I called back as I wanted to leave a message for Renee, Christian said that she’s not there and wasn’t going accept my message for Renee. This is a very, very sad and terrible customer service for an employee to do when this business is 100% customer service oriented and employees should be far more companionate and kind to customers especially when and since my daughter and I have been going to this shop more than 2 years. It’s really upsetting that this review has to about an owner’s son who is unable to provide customer service to his mother’s business."

"This is the best Nail Garden I have been too out of all the locations of Nail Garden this was truly the best. The design is beautiful the owner Renee was hospitable friendly and made sure i got out of there on time for my appointment even though i was a walk in and they were crazy packed. Officially my favorite Nail Garden and will be coming here from now on."
