"The customer service person at the front desk and the owner managed to break two CA laws in less than 10 minutes. 1. They refused to accept a bank card, which is a violation of Cal. Veh. Code § 22651.07 section C5. The atrocious human at the front desk also refused to answer questions about why they don't accept bank cards. 2. They did not issue an invoice before accepting payment, which is a violation of Cal. Veh. Code § 22651.07 section B. Cal. Veh. Code § 22651.07 also states "If a tow company does not satisfactorily meet certain requirements detailed in this notice, you may bring a lawsuit in court, generally in small claims court. The tower may be civilly liable for damages up to two times the amount charged, not to exceed $500, and possibly more for certain violations." On top of these illegal actions, the entire process amounted to nothing more than extortion. If I'm not refunded the $430, I will see you in court."

"The service is expensive and for using your card they charge you 4% extra This is the response to your message! It wasn't ten minutes, it was 25. I was looking at the time and at the place where you left us it took more than an hour to repair a tire!! And why do they charge the extra 4% when using the card? What if you were charging $100 above everyone else's cost? Yes, the service was fast but we ended up wasting more time in one place because it is more convenient for you because it was in front of your yard, I appreciate the speed but unfortunately the end was sad, thank you and in the next service I will be careful, thank you."
