"I walked into Naillywood and was told they could do a bio gel an hour later with an appt so I came back at my scheduled time only to wait another 45 minutes to discover that none of their techs wanted to do a bio gel. I wasted 2 hours of my day. I will never go back to this place."

"The price was good and the shop was very nice. I'll probably go back again. I've been back, and the staff is consistently good. The prices are fair and the shop is nice. They have a large selection of polishes to choose from. Today, I was assigned Dawn for my pedicure. She was cheerful, efficient, and able to help me with ingrown issues. My toes are much relieved now that she worked on them."

"I went in for an acrylic fill and gel polish, the color came out nice but the nail tech used too much product so the end result was nails that looked bulky. I also thought this salon was really overpriced, it was $60 total, I just don't understand how a fill is almost the price of a new set when it takes less time and less product. I was planning on doing my nails myself but ran out of product so I had already prepped and shaped the nails, so there was less work for the tech to do. I asked what the price was for chrome powder and she told me $17 which is absolutely crazy! I was also disappointed at the end of the service, my hands were so dry and they didn't even put any lotion on me!"

"Very beautiful salon. That being said we had a little wait past our appointment time. Pedicure seemed halfhearted. Nails were beautiful until the matte top coat then the design smeared…. Did not clean out under my daughter in-laws nails but her design was perfect otherwise. Seemed expensive for what we received."
