"Victor is the kind of barber to give you the cut HE wants and not the you asked for! I walked in with an overgrown middle part style haircut. I had only asked for the length to be cut at the tips, and to get a low taper at the back of my head and my sideburns. HE GAVE ME A MIDDLE FADE ALL AROUND! He didn't even blend it in. Not only that but he never asked for reference pictures, or ask me any questions. He didn't even face the chair towards the mirror so I could see what he was doing. And he was too busy talking to others in the store to even give me the chance to speak up. Don't come here if you're looking for any modern haircuts that have length but keep the sides clean like a mullet or middle part"

"I wanted my hair cut with my natural side part and he flat out refused to cut my hair unless he parted it in the middle. He said “that’s a stupid way to cut hair” so I left. Even if it is a “stupid” way to cut hair why not just make the customer happy? Now they’ve lost a customer who normally tips at least 50% for any beauty service. This was a few months back but it put me off from trying to getting my haircut again until now."
