"absolutely horrible customer service here. I came to get my gel x done here and the nail tech did the worst job and put so much glue that the gel x was lifted up and underneath my nails was covered with glue. Anytime I asked her to adjust anything she rudely stated that it's because a problem with my nails. I have never had any issues with my nails before. To make the situation worse , I let the manager know and he was so dismissive and defensive and offered a $20 discount off of an $85 charge for the nails. He rejected any thing I said and when I showed him all the glue under my nails he didn't seem to care at all. I will NEVER come back here again."

"I have had great experiences here and even drove 40 minutes away to come back and get my nails done. Yesterday I came in and the lady convinced me to get a gel X fill in instead of a new set. I told her to do whatever design she wanted to do. When I went to pay, they told me the manicure was $95! They said it was $55 for the fill in, and she gave me a $30 design. Idk if I’m mistaken, but that adds up to $85. The man at the front started arguing with me when I told him the price didn’t make sense, so I just paid and left to not cause a scene or problem. Then I thought about it more and called them to try to explain why it didn’t make sense again, but the man literally started yelling at me over the phone so I just hung up. And honestly, the price wouldn’t have mattered if the nails at least looked good. The line work is so terrible and I kept asking her to fix it but she kept making it worse and it ended up taking 2 hours for her to finish my nails until I finally gave up. I’m actually so mad lol"

"I’ve been going to Uyen for biogel the past few months, and I have never had a manicure be more durable in my life. I went on a week long trip to the beach in these, and they lasted through 6 scuba dives, daily ocean swimming, and then for another two weeks of gardening and constant hand washing— There wasn’t even any lifting. Plus they look amazing!! (pictured is before and after 3 weeks+the ocean, and new fill)"
