"Dishonest pricing . Very shady payment policies. Questionable quality. Double-booked appointments. We were out of town visitors. 6 paying customers with appointments. A mother and five teenage and adult daughters. Firstly, they triple booked appointments, and some of the girls had to wait a long time. Although each got similar services, the manager, Tammy, charged each person whatever she wanted. When they learned that one was the bride, she charged her the most. Even though she had the most simple services requested. She just had tips done vs full set of acrylics by some of the others. Yet, she was charged more than everyone. This is despite the fact, that she also had to wait the longest, because Tammy was dealing with all the customers walking in, while supposedly also doing the bride's nails and pedicure. The worst part of the service was their supposed payment policies. The made us pay in cash, claiming that they don't accept credit or checks. In the meantime, we sat there and watched them take credit cards and even checks from a number of other customers. Here is the clincher. Twenty minutes after leaving the salon, the acrylic nail of one of the girls already snapped off."
