"Horrible experience. My insurance uses Amplifon to manage their hearing aid benefit. Beltone signed up to work with them, but when I showed up they had no information about Amplifon's benefit or product offerings. They took impressions of my ear canal and said they would call me when they got more information about my options. Instead they just ordered a set of aids 2 weeks later without talking to me at all. Plus when they took an impression of my ear it was extremely painful to remove the one on the left and my ear bled for 2 days. Done with Beltone."
