"Emerson Able is a likeable person. Easy to talk to, Connie is in the front office and like wise likeable and easy to work with. State Farm Corporate is my problem. I used my roadside assistance years into having my policy, I am in my 60's. They cancelled it. I had a back up into a car that pulled behind me and stopped no damage that could be seen by the State trooper that came to the scene. A month later I didnt see a cable stretch over the entrance where i was leaving the parking lot. The tow truck didnt have any flags or cones out. My car almost got under it the top of the car was scratched from behind the back door to the back of the CRV. State farm cancelled my car insurance. I had been with them for years. So while I like Emerson and Connie, I guess I was surprised that if you have to use your insurance, the insurance company will cancel you, all they want is your money."

"I called Ms. Connie today after my husband locked the keys in the truck and spending 30 minutes on the phone with the state farm roadside assistance number with no progress. Ms. Connie was able to connect the call and stayed on the line until the roadside assistance finished the claim. She probably could tell I was irritated and she maintained her calm, pleasant attitude. Thank you Ms. Connie!! You're the reason we chose State Farm!"
