"Dr. Wong and his staff are the best at what they do. I came from a background where going to the dentist was a privilege rather than a necessity. As an adult I now know my dental health is just as important as my medical health. I went to him because I had a piercing in the middle of my lip. I never took it off and it caused an indentation that wore down the gums so thin that while I was eating my food slit the gums to the point where I now need surgery. Q: The referral to Dr. Wong - I was hurting, I was scared, & I was riddled with anxiety. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family from Krystal and her smile. Serena, Natalie, & Cynthia, along with LeAnn answered all my questions & never once made me feel rushed. They provided elite customer service and I want to thank each & every one of them. Dr. Wong gave a thorough explanation of what he intended on doing and took his time with me. My problem on a scale of 1 - 10 was a 20 good greif. I always seem to fall into the 1%ers club. My procedure was needing to be done ASAP. I saw him on a Friday and he fit me in the following Monday. Dr. Wong was so great through out the entire process. He made me feel comfortable. I got to ask questions. Sometimes I was Pete & repeate, but he took his time and reexplainded every time. He did what was called a soft tissue augmentation procedure on me. They took a piece of my gum from the top of the roof of my mouth and placed it over the effected area in the middle of my bottom mouth. Sounds simple right. No. Member I'm the 1%er. I couldn't eat, sleep, talk, for approximately 3 months. Now I am to blame 100% I am the one who wanted the piercing. I am the one who never took it out. It is absolutely my fault. Dr. Wong did great on his part. My body and my healing process was on me. I lost 25 lbs, hurt every single day, couldn't communicate, nothing. That was my responsibility. I own that part. It was a struggle. But every time I went to Dr. Wong's office it was nothing but positivity, respect, and a whole lotta love. He and his team are amazing and were very supportive of me, my needs, and my situation. I don't regret anything that happened and I would recommend his practice ALWAYS. You are in the best hands going to him. I want to say a special thank you to the hygienist Madison. Let me tell you something...she is a gift from God. I came to see her for my cleaning and I white knuckled it the first time. I mean my blood pressure was through the roof due to my circumstances in the healing process. But she took her time. She was patient. She explained what she was doing which really helped me. Her demeanor radiates peace & allowed me to calm down. She genuinely loves what she does. And let me tell you she is great at it. So if you need a periodontist, I highly recommend Integrated Periodontics. They are the best!!"
