"With everything they had going on, I still felt like their first priority. Top tier staff. CT department was quick and caring. My nurse deserves a raise, and my MD deserves a medal. Dr. Minasyan, and RN Madison Y.!!"
"My husband saw Dr. Minasyan in the Dyersburg ER for gallbladder pain. I’ve been in hospital settings all my life due to sick parents, and I’ve never had such an amazing experience with a Dr. She showed so much empathy, compassion, and kindness to both of us. She treated us like we were a part of her family and she’d known us forever. We weren’t treated as just another patient that has to be seen to get through the day. She truly cares about what she does and she couldn’t have picked a better profession for herself. I am truly astounded by her knowledge, grace, and empathy. She is the golden standard that every medical professional should be held to. Thank you so much Dr. Minasyan"
"My mom went to the ER this morning and is now in a room. She is 83 and needs to be handled with care. Not only was the ER staff kind and attentive, once she was moved to a room for overnight observation, the floor staff were just as kind. I appreciate the care we received and the overall professionalism we experienced."
"The nurses were nice but doctor Jose Declarie was just something else he told me my CT scan was completely normal no reason for me to be in the pain I was in and having the numbness in my body that I was come to find out he didn't wait for the full report because I have a tumor in my spine pushing on the nerve in my back and was very suggestive in his tone that I was only looking for pills. I also have a curve in my lower spine with bone spurs so nothing in my CT was "normal" as he decided to make it"
"Went to Er as told by urgent care if my pain get worst. I was in pain and started having headaches. The NP Dylan Lantz should not work with people at all. He belittles you as if you faking and nothing is wrong with you. He violated my HIPAA rights by leaving my room and talking loudly where I could hear him through the door saying my lab results in a light hearted way. Like you really just announce that in the hallway. Do not recommend letting him treat anyone. I went in with pain and left with pain. Oh and he also told me there’s nothing wrong and I can stop taking the medication from the urgent care if I wanted to. Then he recommended to use a heating pad and take Tylenol when I told him that I’ve been doing that with no relief there nothing else he could do. This happened Saturday so I had suffer from Sunday until I could get in to my dr because I refuse to go back there. I still feel hurt over this situation because Im a Nurse and would never treat anyone this way."
