"It isn’t awful. The waiting area is nice. I had to wait over 6 months for my child’s cavities to be dealt with. However, once we got to the appointment, they said they would have to try again in 2 weeks because my son didn’t respond to the medication that’s supposed to keep him calm. 2 weeks later and they tell me to go somewhere else and write down that my son has “bad behavior”. He is 3. He did not behave badly, he was scared and the medicine they gave him didn’t do anything to keep him calm."

"No Stars!All my children have been going to the dentist as soon as that had teeth in their mouth and all of a sudden my son missed an appointment 2 the first one I called to reschedule and this one I got the days mixed up! They told me that I couldn’t bring him back there because of 2 missed appointments in a year. Somebody make this make sense!! So people don’t have real life things going on in their life and not allowed to miss any appointments!! Like it’s the kids fault they didn’t make it to their appointment!!! So punish the kid huh?? I politely called them and told them to take the rest of my children off as well!!! This doesn’t make sense at all to me!!"

"I give this place no stars if I could I took my kids to get services for a tooth I had concern about, only for them to just clean his teeth and to come back next year the old lady working at the check out desk had a hard time scheduling appointment, I will never take my kids back to this place again, they want you to keep running back to this office so they can charge your insurance for services that’s now necessary, I’m so disappointed this this place"
