"Today I had my 1st appointment with this office, going in I was scared. I arrived an immediately walking in I was greeted an attended too by the sweetest ladies I've ever met! They made me feel so comfortable an relaxed. Going back for Xrays to Dr.Josh coming in an explaining everything to me and setting up treatment answering every question I had, he was amazing! The staff at this office made my experience one I won't forget an I look forward to my next appointment!"

"If you are needing hormone therapy, I recommend you go to a facility where they will communicate to you exactly what you need , why you need it and explain the course of treatment you are receiving. In the future I will definitely be seeking treatment elsewhere. I went to this office to get my hormones balanced. Everyone was friendly and at my first appointment 4/21/22 I had my labs done to see what my hormone levels were. I received my next appointment on 4/28/22 for the BioTE pellets. Went to the appointment but my lab results were never discussed with me. I received the pellets, my second pellet insertion appointment for July and a followup lab appointment to have more labs drawn on 5/27/22 . Again, I waited to hear results for my second set of labs but never received a call. I called to speak with the provider about my lab results but was told that provider really doesn't call patients back. I went in to the office and requested my lab results & after getting copies of my lab results I noticed that my beginning Total T was 43 which was within the reference range of 8-60 ng/dL and after I received treatment my number went up and myTotal T was 323. I callled back trying to speak to someone about how high my numbers were and no one ever called me back. As of now, my Total T levels are still high at 200 and having high levels have negative side effects on your body. I currently have to have my levels monitored by my PCP & I am so glad I canceled the next appointment because my levels would have gotten dangerously high putting my health at risk. I am very disappointed with the service I received and the lack of concern from the provider."

"First off they have the two best front desk ladies you have ever seen Kristi and Candace you both are rock stars. When you go back to be aligned no one can beat Dr. Josh I personally was scared to death my first time but he is gentle and explains everything he is about to do in detail he is very kind and really listens to your issues. When you go back to do your therapy you will be greeted by two more rock stars Crystal and Angie they are very sweet and helpful they both are very knowledgeable and throughly explain your process on each machine. I’m not sure how one office managed to find an entire staff of people that work so wonderfully together and have such great customer service values but they nailed it. I bring my whole family here and recommend them to everyone. Keep up the fantastic work I appreciate each and everyone of you!!!"
