"The lack of concern for my health to get me transportation to a medical appointment for a Traumatic Brain Injury so I can do speech therapy was denied. The appointment to the Communications Clinic wasn't even charging me or my insurance company but yet because it's not a provider that Anthem is familiar with they denied me access to a much needed transportation to this appointment. This is the worse feeling I have felt since my brain injury. It's like I don't matter to the insurance company who is supposed to help me get the best help for my Brain. I'm a protected individual under The Americans with Disabilities Act and this is clearly blatant disregard for my health. No thank you Anthem."

"I applied for insurance with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and received my FIRST letter telling me I would have a $20 payment to make. Then, I received a letter telling me to make a $10 payment by April 7, 2018. I made the $10 payment March 13, 2018 and was told to give it 2-4 weeks before I received my card in the mail. A month went by and I received a letter telling me my application was denied due to failure to make a payment. I'm SO happy I saved my mail and email confirmation number. I called them to explain my situation. They told me I was suppose to make a $20 payment by the deadline instead of $10. Well, I received a more RECENT letter telling me $10 PLUS when I called to make my payment, I was told $10. She said, "I'm sorry they told you that. You can reapply if you'd like". THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!"
"I didn't go there, I just called them. Their benefits are not as good as United Healthcare . I was lied to is how I got stuck with them in the first place! I will be going back to United Healthcare next month . I never intended to leave them."
