"Great selection of items but they put the sensor tag in a place that creates a hole for a $72 sweatshirt. Please change sensor to back of tag or in an area that the hole won’t be so noticeable."

"Rude staff felt uncomfortable with how many time I was asked if I needed help I could tell they were monitoring my daughter and I. As we were leaving a staff member asked me to tell my daughter to put back a necklace she “stole” I was shocked and asked her if she had taken anything she denied it and we left. I checked her and asked again later she hadn’t taken anything. I Can’t believe that kind of customer service seems to be acceptable for the staff."

"Me and my parter walked into this store and were immediately followed by staff members closely consistently telling us that the small things need to be held up at the front. They would follow us everywhere we went making us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. As we were about to leave the woman standing by the door accused us of stealing and putting something up our sleeve even after we showed that we didn’t take anything the lady was still rude and no apology was given. We left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I had previously loved shopping at this store and bought a few things here but I will not be returning after this. It is clear that the store is afraid of shoplifting based off all the items being locked up in boxes and the bag check. But to stoop so low as to accuse someone of stealing (multiple times as I can see from reviews) I can not believe how bad the customer service here is it’s disgusting."

"I love this store! They have a ton of local artists and small businesses, so there is literally something for everyone. I have bought homemade goat milk soap and bee pollen to billabong dresses and sun hats. They also have the cutest household items. I not only buy myself all of the things, but I also buy a lot of presents for family and friends here. Do yourself a favor and check it out next time you are in Downtown Encinitas!"
