"Stopping in last night to buy a hat for my wedding in Colorado. The two people working were so rude and dismissive I felt like I was on a TV prank show. I had to practically beg them for any help the whole time and they acted like I was annoying them by asking for a different size. Not helping with sizing, only stain guarding one side of the hat, giving me a dirty hat box, it was a painful experience. They could have easily made double off of me and my wife with even the slightest bit of help, eye contact or a smile.
