"We are so incredibly happy with our visit and purchase. After receiving horrible customer service at Boot Barn we stopped in looking for a cowboy hat in the $200-300 range. The customer service was amazing here.. My son found a hat that fit well but needed a little reshaping. They took the hat and worked on it until my son was satisfied.
