"Ordered two custom t-shirts with a large logo covering the front. The total for two shirts was $49.46. Unfortunately, the background color on the artwork was different from the background color on the t-shirts. I can't understand why the colors aren't the same. Picked them up and was in a hurry so I didn't complain at the time but when my artist saw them, she was not happy. These were proof of concept samples and after seeing the results I have now ordered 50 t-shirts with the same artwork from another vendor."

"I called Shirt Cannery Thursday afternoon, and spoke with Kim. She was very friendly and helpful, as I needed to turn something around in 24 hours for an event that I need to be marketing my new business (shameless plug...Jamo's SoCal Surf Safari). I was told it would be ready by EOB Friday, but they called in the morning and had the order ready to go. I went to pick the items up, and one of the shirts has a small crease, where the logo had empty space. They did not hesitate for one second to do a replacement for me, I didn't even have to ask. So here's the key to this review...mistakes happen, daily, BUT the big difference (and reason they have a loyal customer in me) is that they owned their mistake and took all necessary action to fix it. Plus, they did so without any coaxing on my end. I will definitely be using Shirt Cannery for my future needs, and am very happy with what they have done!!!"
