"Once Dr. Alan left (was pushed out?) there was no reason to stay. Clinic hid that Dr Alan was not there anymore and never said anything about how/why he was gone...only found out due to a photocopied note that they taped to the office window. Made the change to a new Dr and are very happy that we did."

"It used to be good but not anymore, I’m having a horrible experience because of an under trained employee’s mistake and I don’t feel comfortable going back there again. The clinic sense of responsibility is shameful"

"The receptionist (the one that wears the hijab) is very rude. They will cancel your appointment without reasoning. I’ve gave them two tries and they’ve cancelled my daughters appointment after driving all the way here for her check up. Claims Dr.Farlan wouldn’t see the patient and I asked why and she says she just won’t. I can’t believe she’s able to deny a patient just like that and get away with it."

"So sad Dr. Roach is gone. I started bringing my kids here when they were babies and now they have there own. The practice is horrible went way down hill after Dr Donnelly left. They didn't bother to tell his patients he was leaving and now wont tell his patients where he went because they dont want them leaving."

"The most uncaring and unprofessional doctors office. I have been bringing my 4 month old in there since he was born in hopes that it will get better and it has only gotten worse. Doctor McFarlin seems to not care about her patients at all. The first time we went there she was forgot her labtop at home so she couldn’t send his medicine to the pharmacy, had to call everyday until the next week and a whole different doctor had to send the prescription, second time she forgot her laptop again and had to sit and wait over an hour and a half for the nurse to come in and give him his shots, 3 time my son was sick and she brushed it off saying it could be allergies but it was RSV, 4 time she was in the room talking to us about him and she got a text message on her Apple Watch and continued to type on the watch in front of us and forgot what she was talking to us about. I have been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks now so I can get my sons test results and see what the next step is and I’ve called multiple times a day and been on hold for over 30 mins each time and no one picks up. The wait times once you’re back in the room to see the doctor are ridiculous. We will not be returning and I don’t recommend at all!"
