"Good atmosphere and nice technician. I’ve been getting threading done for over ten years now, and this was one of the most painful threading sessions I’ve ever had. It’s really not supposed to be that painful and shows a lack of skill when threading. Lots of missed hairs as well. Nice and clean place though and I’m sure their other services are great."

"Summer is a very inconsistent aesthetician. She doesn’t remember her clients - after five visits she was still asking me if it was my first time there - or the styles that they want. But more importantly, she does what she wants to your brows (whatever she thinks looks good) regardless of what you request. Last time I was there was basically a brow disaster, and why I will not go back. She made my brows uneven and took out an important chunk, and arched them majorly when I asked her not to (as I have asked every time I have been). When I expressed my dismay she said, “Well I think they look good.” When I got home, I saw that my skin was peeling - it had totally lifted around my brows like a very bad sunburn. It continued to peel for six days afterwards which was impossible to cover with makeup. It took me a while to find someone else nearby, but Royelle Body Bar has been a much better experience. Only go to ZS if you don’t care a lot about how your brows turn out."

"I decided to check this place based on such good reviews. Bad idea. I simply wanted my eyebrows cleaned, nothing more and left with my eyebrows completely butchered. Thank heavens I can fill them in. Perhaps it was a bad day for the threader. Definitely disappointed."

It’s the best place I’ve ever gotten my eyebrows done, hands down. Mother-daughter duo Summer and Zara are highly skilled, and their salon is beautiful and relaxing.
