"LA team store cannot meet customer commitments. I ordered a jersey on November 17 and it said that it would ship by December 17. When it did not arrive I contacted them all they could tell me was “sorry”. No offer of discount or perhaps even credit for a small amount. Ruins my Christmas gift. I will never trust this outfit again. Better to shop Fanatics. Never ever again LA team store."

"I've had a poor experience with this store; I can't recommend it to anyone. They sell jerseys advertised as "authentic", but they are missing half of the badges and sponsor patches. The price is $20-$50 higher than other stores, though the other stores include all of the badges / patches. An authentic jersey should look like the player worn jersey. The jersey I received is no more than a replica with stars added above the crest. Customer service was unhelpful; when I raised the issue they showed no concern."
