"the saying “too good to be true” has proven nothing but true since living here. I have lived here for almost three years and the amount of trauma I’ve experienced is staggering. From having guns pulled on me by my neighbors who were in a gang, to witnessing police shooting a dog in its apartment, to having to put in a handful of requests about the mold that I constantly have coming through my vents. Now I’ve experienced a problem with the app saying my (valid through 2026) card is expired while trying to pay my rent, and when I called the next morning when the office opened it took her over seven hours to call me back and instead of helping me she added $130 late fee to my rent even though she had proof that I had tried paying my rent but the app wouldn’t take my card. I’ve been trying to call corporate freeman web all day for help as well but who would’ve thought no help there either! So unless you like needing therapy and management who does not care about their tenants who have never caused any problems then this is not a place I’d recommend living!"
"In the process of moving in but so far I am very pleased and excited to move in. The renovations have made this complex so cute. I cleaned the floors, cupboards, bathroom, etc and they were already clean. No color change on my towel. What a pleasant surprise.! Can't wait to use the fire pit and grill area and Moose has already roamed the dog park. Thanks for being available Brandi."
