"The apartment I lived in had roaches from the unit behind me. I had issues from the first day I moved in. City Edge will try to sue you twice. One by them and two with their attorney Jennifer McCoy. I filed a ch 7 and included city Edge and Jennifer McCoy. City Edge is trying to sue me two months after being discharged WOW. No communication between them, corporate, and their scandal attorney(Jennifer McCoy). Save your money, they are not worth it. The corporate company is even worse after living on two of their properties."

"I have just moved in, and basing my review off of THAT experience alone, it was amazing!! I applied, Jessie Garret reached out immediately and got me approved in less than 2 days!! That was so amazing compared to applying at Green Meadow (7/26) and being on hold for 3..yes...THREE MONTHS!! Then they FINALLY CALL 10 /24 like "are u still interested?"..after calling that place EVERY WEEK, and popping up I would rather pay $200 more for an apartment that responds timely, and treats their tenants and FUTURE tenants like THEY matter and their time is important!! City edge flats have been a blessing!! I received a 3 bedroom apt, reasonably priced, and in a decent area! That is all I asked!! I'm proud of where I live now!!"

"Unless this is your absolute last resort, do not move here. If I could give this place negative 100 stars I would. This apartment complex is an absolute disgrace on so many levels, I can't even tell you where to begin. The apartments themselves are so poorly designed. The living room area is so poorly designed, that our only option on where to put the TV was to mount the TV on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom door frames. And any TV over 55 inches would not have fit. There is no central heating and air, they're all window units. They cool and heat the apartment admirably, but they're extremely loud and obnoxious. I had not heard of any apartment complex in 2021 still having window units until I moved to City Edge Flats. Also, one of my biggest frustrations with the leasing office was their ineptitude when it comes to communication. For months, they had me believing the pool would be open by Memorial Day. I'd call them every few weeks to ask why it had not been opened yet, and they failed to give me a sufficient answer. It is now August 11th, I move out in two days, and the pool is still closed. If you walk over to the pool itself, there is a sheet of paper showing that the pool hasn't even been inspected since 2014. To say this place is not only poorly managed, but also flat out dishonest is an understatement. I also had my bike stolen off the premises to make matters even worse. Still have no idea who stole the bike, nor do I have any clue who would have. This is not the fault of the leasing agency, but kind of indicative of the area itself. The living experience was so bad, they couldn't have offered me a 50% discount on next year's rent to get me to stay. Do not move here, you will absolutely regret it."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Within the first few days we had to hear our neighbor yell for her son on a daily basis. Then someone left trash in front of our master bedroom ac/heater window unit ( yep i said ac/ heater window unit instead of central heat and air.) When we told the office about the trash it seemed like no one cared. They finally came down to apartment and cleaned it up and the girls from the office made all kinds of noise in front of our window and woke my husband up ( which at that time he worked over nights) Then a few months later a knife was found by our apartment .We had to have our apartment treated for bed bugs. Then maintenance broke a door in our laundry room area and then blamed us for it. They said it was because we had clothes hooks on the door filled with small wet cat food cats and plastic bags and that was the reason why the door broke. The maintenance guy said he would be back to fix it and never came and fixed it. Maintenance never came and fixed things and if they did they would wait until you leave and then take pictures of your apartment. Watch out for Jessica the property manager she is very rude. We really liked dealing with Ali....Parking sucks. After Labor Day they closed the pool and left water in the pool which turned green and started smelling really bad. Which made our guest not want to come over because of the smell from the pool and how disgusting the pool looked."

"My husband Jon and I love it here. We have been here almost one year. This place is amazing. The staff is awesome and Jessica is just the sweetest. The maintenance men are always on top of their game. I love the fact we have a pool here. You don't hear any drama outside, you don't hear people acting crazy here. It is a quiet and friendly community. I love the fact that this is a one level apartment. We have a 2bd 2 bath and we couldn't be happier. We never step in dog poo because we have bins with bags to put that in. I love that you don't have to pay for pest control because they automatically do that for you here! I am so thrilled to call City Edge Flats our home, and we will be here for many years to come! The pool party every year along with the Christmas decorating contest is just a few of the perks living here, as long as you abide by your lease, you will be just as happy as we are! =)"
