"We are living here while our home is being built and we love it! Everything is kept very neat and clean and the staff is so very helpful! It is a very convenient location and we love to play cards in one of the several lounging areas with a fireplace!"

"Home sweet home! I’ve lived here for almost 4.5 years! This has been my home since moving from California, and through the pandemic! The floor plans are modern, spacious, and have the newest finishes. The grounds, and amenities are clean, and well maintained. Maintenance responds same day in most cases. I’m a property manager myself ( not affiliated with this company) and have high standards. Community living is not perfect, but I will say that while the occasional disturbance occurs from time to time, it happens far less than any other community I’ve lived at. You can see that the majority of the reviews are positive because Scarlet and her team care about the customer experience. In reviewing the negative reviews I have a few comments. First managing a community is an extremely hard job, so it’s literally impossible to please everyone. If you have an issue go down to the office and discuss it professionally. If it’s valid, it will get resolved. Something’s take time to research to ensure that they are valid. Living here is expensive , but It’s worth the price for me due to the quality of living, and sense of safety I feel. I’ve read comments that they discriminate. Absolutely not true in any way! I’ve attended many social events at Tapestry ,and we have a very diverse community. Some have commented that they didn’t qualify and bashed the office. There is prequalifying criteria wherever you rent or purchase from, this is what it is, and the office doesn’t control that. I brag about where I live to everyone. I’m proud to call Tapestry at Turkey creek my home!"

"Literally RUN. Editing my review to add: I have noticed since my husband and I have left negative reviews, they now have fake people leaving 5 star reviews and the office workers. As a resident who frequently talks to my neighbors, this place is a joke. Do not be fooled by 5 star reviews on here."

A dear friend of mine, who I frequently visit, lives at Tapestry Turkey Creek and everyone, including the management team, has always treated me with superior customer service! The community is always looking beautiful. I would highly recommend, and in fact, will live there if I ever choose to relocate to Knoxville!"

"This place is a joke. They partner with entrata for billing and Entrata falsely bills. If you want to pay hundreds of dollars every month for utilities with zero explanation or support from the office, this is the place for you! If you want fair and equitable housing, look elsewhere!
