"Kind of beat up. The first room hvac unit was broken, but they moved me to another room where it worked fine. Shower did not have a pull to divert water to the shower head. Breakfast buffet had rotten bananas..just a lack of attention to details. The hotel is undergoing a much needed refurbish."

"Easy to get to but man, just pass on this. The rooms are ill equipped, the breakfast is not good, and the place is just dirty. Our room had a toilet that continuously runs, the ac did not work and would kick on and off constantly but you’d still wake up covered in sweat. The desk space had a microwave taking up half the table but you cannot work downstairs because the “business” center is just a “bar” area so in the corner that is dirty and cluttered. But you also cannot work at a table as they have covered all outlets with duck-tape. Please pass on this hotel and go somewhere else even half a click nicer."

"I 100% DO NOT recommend this hotel. The hotel is dirty and dangerous. The toilet in our room was not secured to the floor and created a dangerous situation for the elderly person traveling with me. The staff was unwilling to move us to another room. One bed in our room had dirty sheets and a stained comforter. It also appeared that there was some sort of bug in the bed under the sheets and what looked like blood on the floor. It was bad enough that we checked out before midnight and paid 2x the rate at another hotel just for our safety. Hotel management was not interested in being helpful or cooperative. Attempts by me and Expedia for a refund or credit to our room were denied. If there is an agency that regulates hotels in TN, they definitely need to be notified."

"The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms desperately need to be renovated but they are CLEAN, well mine is. They have on-site laundry (lifesaver), a pool that's outdoor (excellent), a fitness room and a full continental breakfast. Again, needs to be upgraded but the service and cleanliness was great to have. They also have a little gazebo in front that's not only asthetically pleasing but very comfy to hang out with others. Cute little plants. For a little 2 star hotel, I was impressed. Thank you!"
