"Scammers! They told me I qualified and when I paid them $40 for background checks, they immediately told me that I didn’t qualify because I am an independent contractor and they can’t truly verify my income. I offered to print off my pay every month for them, give them tax returns and gave them all of my income. They refused to even discuss it. Please be careful of this place! I don’t think they even checked my background, so where is my money?"
"I love this place. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Nice appts very spacious. Wonderful apt manager, very caring and helpful. Lawn maintenance could use a little help but other than that, no complaints. maintenance issues are dealt with timely and professionally. Dog friendly. Could not have picked a better place to live when moving here from Knoxville."
"I have been a tenant for three years now. The Property Manager has been doing an amazing job and is extremely professional, nice, and caring. It’s beautiful here and everyone living here is polite and friendly. Free garbage service and landscaping provided, which as a single mother working full time is greatly needed. I have continuously recommended this establishment to my family and friends. Maintenance is provided when needed and are quick to address and fix the problems."
"Parkview Apartments are nice apartments. They are reasonably priced. The community here is quiet and the grounds are nicely kept. There is sufficient parking in the parking lot. I love living here! I would recommend to anyone!"
"They are a rip off. They are under D& K management. They lie all the time. The apartments are falling apart inside and nothing gets fixed. They tell you they won't renew your lease then ruin your credit. They have horrible management and they let drug dealers live there. We had watched drug deal after drug deal and nothing was done. Also had a kid show up to the apartment complex with a gun and nothing was done by management. This place is not a safe place for families and they will lie to you. Do not live there if your a decent person. People move in not knowing the truth. Any D&K management owned property is not kept up and maintained properly."
