"Really amazing service! I called a day in advanced to get a haircut, and she was able to accommodate me. She was so attentive and meticulous, I truly appreciated it. My hair feels so light and healthy, and no longer looks heavy. Great location, although parking can be difficult since there's so many stores and restaurants nearby. She's very kind and always asked if my hair was to my liking along the way. Don't be afraid to speak up, she is so understanding and willing to fix/ change along the way."

Despite consistent satisfaction with Paula's haircuts over the years, her punctuality and professionalism have become a recurring issue. Even with appointments, waiting is inevitable. Today, after scheduling in advance, Paula was absent, leading another stylist to attempt my usual cut with notes. Unfortunately, this resulted in a significant and unwelcome change to my hairstyle, maintained since 2019. Although they apologized, the lack of effort to rectify the situation reflects a high level of unprofessionalism. Highly unprofessional. Time to find a new hair dresser."
