"I absolutely love this place! The customer service here is amazing, they always make me feel so warm and welcomed. I’ve been coming here for a few months now. I’ve tried a few different nail techs and they all do a great job. Tommy, Kim, and Vicky have exceeded my expectations every time and really listen to my preferences. I even started getting my lashes done by Nikki, and she does a great job. Today, I got the hybrid gel or builder gel nails and they look flawless! They also offer complimentary drinks, hot stone massages which I absolutely love. I am so glad that “Golden Nails” joined the Castro Valley community as I’ve tried most salons in the area- they really go above and beyond! Thank you for always taking great care of me, I LOVE my nails! See you all soon!"

"This salon has natural lighting and a very clean and warm environment. The staff was very attentive, nice, and friendly, and the price was right. We did a walk-in today and was seen right away. They offered drinks along with the excellent service provided. Julie gave me a pedicure and message. My daughter was seen by Jenny and Tang for her medi and pedi. We are sure to come back and visit them for our services from now ."
