"I can’t criticize the quality of their haircuts, but I can criticize the quality of their customer service, I called on a Sunday to ask how much the haircut were and asked if they had Walk ins, they told me yes, and so I proceeded to go. I got there went in and sat down and no one said anything to me. I sat for a few minutes because there was a few people in there so I assumed it was probably going to take a long time that wasn’t the problem. The fact was I walked in. Everyone stared at me and said nothing to me not a hi not a welcome in nothing. They were cutting other peoples hair so I didn’t take it the wrong way at first but after being there a few minutes and nothing was said to me I got frustrated and left. I definitely would not recommend."
