"we had an appointment and after we arrived, they told us they had to reschedule "just to be safe" because my mom was sick the past 14 days but tested negative for covid, wasted our time. (((( READ: also told my sister she had no cavities but once we took our business elsewhere to a proper dentist, they told us that she had four cavities, jesus, )))) also came here last time with my dad and they told us they had to reschedule because we didnt have those cards and he was confused because he was sure everything had been filled out online/on the phone and that they had ensured us everything was going to be fine when we arrived, dont go here"
"The staff wasn’t great, they don’t try to make convos with you. I came in because My teeth was hurting, and I knew I had 3 cavities in my 3 back tooth. They asked my which ones hurt and I Only showed them one. What I’m trying to say is, a week before my appointment, I took one of my small mirrors and put it in my mouth and the cavities were visible. I’m pretty sure they saw it, but only filled in the one that I pointed to. Wait no, they didn’t even drill the cavity. They just put fillings over it."
"The worst! The staff is not knowledgeable! The receptionist never called me back as promised. I was a referral for an extraction they had the X-rays and they still wanted to take more. And as a referral you would expect the dentists to speak to one another my dentist said he never called him! He asked me which tooth hurt!? None of them hurt the extraction was an abscesses tooth that he would have known if he had called my dentist. This dentist, if he is one, torn shoes and clothes suggest it might be a PT job for him; told me he is his own dentist and he doesn't take direction from other dentist he does what he wants! That's when I gathered my things laughed in his face and RAN from that mediocre office with the outdated equipment!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!"
