"I don't really write a review on here, but this particular dentist needs a review that everyone needs to see before considering going to this office. I've worked for this dentist for about almost 3 months and I've been in a dental field for 30+ years. I've never worked with a dentist who is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. She would ask me to text the patients xray because she was not in the office while the patient had been waiting in the chair for 30 mins. Who does that? Her dental work quality is bad, cementing a crown that is open margin, which means that the patients will have to come back to do the crown again. If you're a dentist would you cement a crown that does NOT fit right? Dr. Chen cemented the crown permanently, which means that the patient will have to go back get numb and be in the chair for an hour or two or longer. The patient wouldn't know if the crown is good or not, they are trusting their Dentist to do the right thing. I will NOT recommend my family or friends in this office at all. Dr. Chen quality of work is bad. She care more of $$$ than her patients. I can't work for a dentist like this, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night doing bad dental work. I have more to put but I'll stop here for now. Hope this review helps."
