"Worst customer service at any drybar my wife has frequented. I think she’s been a half dozen times since it’s the closest one to our house and every time she comes home, she complains about the lack of service compared to the drybars she’s visited in LA, Vegas, Scottsdale and other cities. I think corporate needs to take a closer look at this location. To be fair, based on yelp reviews, the location is on par (sub 3 stars) with Drybars in Burlingame, Palo Alto and SF/Union Square. Looks like she’ll be booking in Los Gatos from now on."

"I normally never ever post reviews, but this would be a first. I booked online and I also called to confirm my appointment and I drove 45 minutes to get my service done. When I walked inside, I wasn’t even greeted. No one smiled at me and it felt like no one was happy. Finally, someone came up to me and she was looking for my appointment. I could tell that she was very confused and then she told me to just take a seat and it wasn’t even a nice tone. Then my appointment time comes and someone’s trying to check me in and she’s very confused because she doesn’t see my appointment and I let her know that someone else tried to check me in and she just told me to go take a seat. I go to my email and I see that they canceled it without even letting me know which I thought was very unprofessional. There was no reason for the cancellation and I asked why I got canceled. They said they didn’t even know.. Candice was very nice But there was nothing that she could do and I had to wait a whole hour just to get my service done, but I had to be somewhere after. She got my name and phone number down but I keep calling and they seem to not pick up my phone call after I left. It seems like they don’t even want me to come back in there. I was very very nice even after they didn’t even do the service on me. I think it was a very rude and unprofessional workplace, and they wasted my time and money. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location at all. I will say Candace did apologize on behalf of the girl that was supposed to take me, but didn’t."

"if I could leave no stars I would! DO NOT go here this is possibly the worst location. I made an appointment for a blow out in my app the night before for a 2:30pm because I had an important event. I checked my app the next day to confirm my time and noticed it was changed to 3:30pm! I did not change it nor did I get a phone call or an email about the change and I called five times to figure out what happened, no one ever picked up the phone! I go to check in early by 10 minutes and the girl tells me you have been moved and told me the only had one stylist...yet they had two front desk people a guy doing hair and another guy playing with the doll head of hair....make it make sense!!! She then said well we can squeeze you in for a dry style because we have someone confirmed for the 2:45pm... I told her absolutely not that doesn't work I have an event and noone called to tell me you guys changed it, you don't answer the phone, so I guess I need to be cancelled with no charge! Best of luck if you choose to go here"

"I loved it! My hair is heavy so we opted for a braided updo and it stayed in place from 1:45p until I took it out myself around 12:30a. I'd definitely go back again!"
