"Gardens at Preston Park, doesn’t care about the residents. For the last 10 months we had it set up for them to automatically deduct from our bank account, now you have to sign up for. Bilt app. If you pay with credit card it’s almost $70 extra added to rent, use your debit card it’s $10 added to you payment. If you decide to like a bank account they want you to put down your user name and password you use for you bank accounts. The only other choice is to sign up for their Bilt Mastercard. I’m sure there is an annual fee. These greedy investors don’t want to fix anything that cost to much but find ways to get more money from their residents. If I didn’t have several up coming surgeries we wouldn’t have re-leased But run from here if you can these investors don’t care about current residents just the money. Do not rent here it sucks."
"Do your research before moving here. We have been here for a year and have had nothing but issues. Front door doesn't close correctly do to frame is not centered. Our pantry had mold in it along with the water leak. We have been told by 3 different property managers the door is on order. Wrong they took the door off the managers door and put it on ours. The communication is lacking. So many of us will be moving out next year. The property doesn't stay clean they don't take responsibility for anything. They rip you off when it comes to paying rent or getting anything done. They want to charge you to pay your rent. Have you ever heard of that anywhere else, no you have not. If you plan on moving here, I would rethink it."
"My Family and I haven’t had a great experience at all. Since we moved in we’ve had communication issues, a leak in the ceiling that was done on their time, garage continues to mess up, waiting on discounts for our rent because of the problems, wifi wasn’t set up due to construction issues which took until September and we moved in in June, parts of the home missing including the smart system items, smart system still not hooking up correctly so It hasn’t been used but the ring light, parts not being fixed correctly, home was dirty when we moved in and bathroom was used and not flushed, paint left everywhere in the kitchen after the ceiling was fixed, lights left on after someone has entered and we don’t get home until 6pm. We have been promised that regional would contact us about discounts since we’ve had problems and didn’t have items in the home that was included in rent. We still haven’t seen the emails that we were suppose to be included in to know what’s going on and still not discounts. The homes were rushed to be made and we can tell. It sucks that no one contacts you back, try to help resolve things and never call back after multiple calls."
"The concept is nice, quality not great, but okay. Getting things repaired properly, and promptly is horrible, the property management company doesn’t care, we’ve been here a little over 90 days. Front door is warped, won’t replace, instead took a wide rubber gasket and nails to close the wide open gap. The leak in pantry, plumber fixed leak in 3 days from work order, but two weeks later still can’t use pantry because no shelves, drywall missing, in other words not finished repairing still waiting. Everything is on kitchen table and counters. Makes it difficult to prepare meals, but can’t eat at kitchen table. They go through people, so you never know who you’ll get to talk to, but one thing for sure they’ll lie to you about when it’ll be fixed etc. No communication either. August 3rd. Regional maintenance manager Steve came and solved the problem in the pantry, his idea made the shelving better than before, thanks Steve. So now we can get order back, and routines."
