"Good dental office, I've been a patient here for about 3 years, staff is friendly and patient, doctors are polite and knowledgeable, office is well organized and really clean. Can't complain about it. The reason I cannot give this place 5 stars is due to my last visit, I had an appointment for just a cleaning I waited 2 hours just to have my cleaning done, I was asked to rinse my mouth with a sort of mouthwash, I was given 100% ALCOHOL instead of the mouthwash. It burnt my mouth EXTREMELY bad, I had numbness and irritation for hours, that was a TERRIBLE experience, they should definitely be more careful where they keep their supplies! I decided not to continue being a patient here, I was told I needed a certain type of work done so I decided to visit a different dental office. Gateway dental Group never mentioned I had other options that were more affordable I was very upset when I found out I did not need that type of work done at all."
