"My partner and I have been a resident for the past 2 years. The maintenance staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any service request. The few issues we have encountered during our time living here are: 1) They have pet restrictions for certain breeds, yet these are not enforced. We have seen multiple bully breeds. They are allowed as service animals; however, it is very easy to get a service animal letter even if your dog is not truly a service animal. You have to pay a $350 pet deposit per pet that is nonrefundable which does not make sense. Only apartment complex I have stayed in that requires multiple pet deposits. 2) The rent is expensive. Especially since the amenities are shut down frequently. 3) Lots of kids. The pool is packed with kids which is kind of annoying. It would be nice to have like a happy hour or something without all the kids. Overall, we have had a decent experience living here."

"Our experience at Parc at Murfreesboro has exceeded our expectations. Lena, our leasing specialist, made our move in and resident experience so positive and exciting. She always answers even the most unimportant questions we have and is so amazing with any help we may need. We have had many life changes while living here and each time we have reached out to Lena she has ensured that we are taken care of and happy. She’s a rockstar! The living space, amenities, maintenance staff, and community have also made our time here so amazing. We have lived in many apartments and have never renewed a lease. However, we renewed our lease here for an additional year 3 months before our current lease was up because of how great our time here has been. There is honestly nothing negative I can say about this complex. I highly recommend Parc at Murfreesboro!"

"The maintenance team (Joshua & Dawson & the other gentleman - not sure of his name ). They are so professional and respectful and with that they do a great job. They are always speaking and are cordial . It nice to have a great team that knows how to be friendly and professional even when they are busy all the time. "Truly an incredible complex run by even more impressive staff. Maintenance is always on top of their game even with the crazy southern weather we experience, and even when things break or go out of service their communication and dedication to finding solutions rapidly is always appreciated. Caty, Lena, Erika and of course Anna are always so pleasant and professional every time I come to the office. Josh, Aaron and Dawson do a phenomenal job and show dignity and respect to everyone. I love living here, not just for the beautiful amenities but the beautiful people that keep Parc the BEST!"
