"The whole experience from the time I stopped to look at an apartment until today the staff has been wonderful to work with. The complex is very well kept. The residents that I’ve met have been nice and they talk very positive about the staff and how quiet it is here and on how well the grounds are kept. The maintenance crew is wonderful to deal with also. I’ve only been here for a few months and it feels like home."

"My wife and I moved into Overall Creek earlier this month and have had an extremely positive experience. Mina was our point of contact from the just touring stage to the move-in stage. Mina has been super friendly during the entire experience and ensured that the lease process went smoothly. The property is well kept and every request we have had has been handled promptly. Overall Creek’s facility maintenance staff was on site addressing things from before we even moved in. Mina personally checked in with us to ensure sure everything was working out, really going above and beyond anything I have experienced anywhere else. While everyone has different experiences, I can only say that our experience has been amazing and I have already recommended Overall Creek to people at work looking for a new home.
