"I had not been here in a while and forgot about the excellent customer service and friendliness of the employees. I have been going to another salon where I am very friendly with all who work there and because I am loyal, would feel like I'm cheating going somewhere else. But I'm about to be a cheater (lol). They do an excellent job and much closer to home. I love the attention and patience they have with my elderly mother who is having memory challenges. To sum it up, these days it is difficult to find caring people even when paying for services; well, L&L Nail Cair provides A+ Customer Service at today's market prices."

"Came in on 8/4/2022. A male did my gel pedicure and left hardened skin on my heels and just seemed like he was just new to the business. Next, I only asked for a plain mani with no polish. He took all of 3 mins and left my cuticles in tact. For this, I was charged $20 for the so called mani and $48 for the gel pedicure, even though the POSTED cost was $35. Next, there is no signage that indicates that if you pay by card, there is a $7 charge. I paid a total of $75 for $18 worth of service. I will NEVER return or recommend. Go elsewhere."
