"I started going to puffin after my old nail tech moved. It had taken me a few tries to find my old nail tech and I was really not looking forward to finding a new one-color me surprised when I went into puffin and have not looked back since. They are so accommodating with appointment times, and the techs always get it right. I usually come in with an inspo pic, and they always come out looking incredible! My sets last 3+ weeks with no issues, and I am very rough on my hands. Cannot recommend puffin enough"

I originally messaged them on IG to see if they could do a certain color of dip manicure for me and I was set up with Cindy for my appointment. I don't usually get manicures at nail places because I'm usually left disappointed and don't see it being worth the money, but I was very pleased with my experience here! I had Misa and she took her time and made sure I liked the shape, length and color before moving on. The decor and vibe of the place was really chill and beautiful. "I've been getting my dip powder manicures done by Lily since September and I've loved every set. She's super attentive, meticulous, and patient with my indecisiveness when it comes to color choices. She goes the extra mile by providing multiple color options and somehow always finds the perfect color for me. My previous dip powder sets would barely last 2 weeks, but with Lily, they last at least 4 weeks! This truly makes all the difference because I'm trying to hold off on acrylic sets to let my nails grow stronger. One thing to note is that Lily doesn't do designs, so you'd have book with another tech to do that. I personally prefer Lily to do my base so I don't mind having 2 nail techs work on my sets. Another nail tech did the red lines on my most recent set (pictured) but Lily did everything else. I've always struggled with choosing a natural/pink base color but the one Lily chose works so well with my skin tone. You can tell she has a great eye for color and is super knowledgeable and skilled. It's also pretty easy to book an appointment via phone or IG DM. I call a week to a few days before and can usually find a date and time that works. I've also gotten pedicures here and have been happy with the results. I'll continue to come back as long as I'm in the area :)"
