Reviews
"Everything is fine and dandy before you are a resident but then you voice concerns or send them an email regarding something and they do NOT respond. Plus the gate fob thing is ridiculous. I had two people in front of me the other night and neither could get in. So I had to get out of my car to swipe my fob. Nice property but they only care about your money."
"My experience with enclave apartments move in process was exceptional. The process was fast, smooth, and easy. Within the span of 3 days a tour was completed, a lease agreement was signed and I was moved in. The staff works hard so that their residents move in in a timely manner."
"Edit Edit: I've lived here for 6 months now and I think all apartment managment companies have their quirks so even with the random issues I've had, I'm happy to live here. My girlfriend also moved in to another apartment in the complex and she's had a great experience here. Edit: rewriting and updating my review as I’ve lived here a few months now. They built the dog park a month later than promised but then fenced it off for another couple months until a company came to remove the new grass and put down astroturf and the dog park is still fenced off. They have one….ONLY ONE….dog poop station with bags on the entire property. There’s a second one waiting to be put up in the fenced in dog park. It’s the most frustrating thing and affects quality of life. The little things mean a lot. With rent like this, service shouldn’t be this bad. Most of the front office staff seem clueless most of the time. I liked the apartments so much I’m moving in mid June! Giovanna, the property manager, is an absolute angel to work with. She’s made this process super simple and has been patient with my many questions. I’m excited to see this property done. I was impressed by the master bathroom, overall floor plans, quality of materials, and vibe of apartments. These are priced LOW so get in now before they go up once the property is finished. See y’all at the dog park!"
"So far, so good! My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost two weeks, but waited on our new home for over 6 months. Despite the delays throughout the move-in process, we could not be more in love with our new home and the area surrounding it! The staff have been more than willing to help through any question or concern we might have, and the amenities are GORGEOUS. Definitely reccomend so far!"
"I have been disappointed with everything since the beginning. The apartment is smaller than what I thought it was going to be. The rent was higher than what I was quoted, the communication was poor. Good luck getting your mail, I had to get a PO Box. Still no pool, gym, fire pits, or grill. I’ve came home a few times and it looked like someone had been the balcony lights had been on and one time there was a small piles of dirt in the kitchen from someone’s shoes (not ours.) The living room window somehow got a crack near the top of it and now they’re charging me $375 to replace it, I can’t even reach that part of the window to crack it. The window frames are not straight and there’s paint dripping all over the floors. The stand up shower is narrow, the towel holders in the bathroom are by the bathtub. The bedroom balcony is narrow, you can’t sit outside on it. My bathroom baseboards look like they’re molding. Light fixtures are crooked. There’s a tiny hole drilled in my ceiling, kinda weird. Hopefully the new buildings are constructed & painted better than the first building. Wish I never moved here. Update: now I have ants all over my kitchen for the 2nd time and the leasing office won’t send pest control out because it’s not the scheduled day. I thought these were luxury apartments. Also for them to say my past guest may have compromised the key, so you’re basically accusing my family from Chicago for coming in my apartment while I’m at work to turn my balcony light on. I’m pretty sure they didn’t come from Chicago in the middle of the day to turn my lights on then go back to Chicago. C’mon now, a little common sense."
